零经验开始,想要在大的咨询公司(比如BCG)工作,需要做哪些事情? - 知乎首页知乎知学堂发现等你来答切换模式登录/注册职业规划管理咨询实习申请波士顿咨询公司 (BCG)刺猬实习零经验开始,想要在大的咨询公司(比如BCG)工作,需要做哪些事情?本题已加入圆桌「 知招职场 | 咨询求职 」,更多咨询行业讨论,欢迎关注圆桌>>>作为一个零基础的人,完全不知道从什么程度看起比较合适。会不会有些入门…显示全部 关注者4,354被浏览513,175关注问题写回答邀请回答好问题 121 条评论分享36 个回答默认排序RachelLiu爱咨询,爱旅游。 关注刚开了个知乎专栏,有空会更新:谢邀。我在BCG做了一年多了, 个人本科后从业是人力资源背景的,算是冷门专业吧。这个回答,分三部分,第一部分是分享一下面试公司(德企)的一些经验,第二部分是重点,延展第一部分,从BCG相比于其他咨询公司的角度浅谈一下”文化适配(cultural fit)“,第三部分说一些我觉得有用的实用的tips。I. 以下是我在德企做人力资源时的半官方分享:对于应届毕业生来说,得到一个Offer的面试,这意味着即将开始职业生涯的第一个挑战,充分准备,以最佳的状态来展现自己是非常重要的。在面试中,务必要突出自己的特长,技能,及所学专业跟应聘职位的匹配度,除此以外还可以从企业文化来入手,更好的表达你求职的意愿。在简短的自我介绍中突出重点,因为时间有限,必须简明扼要,具体的细节可以在接下来的面试中通过面试官的提问表现出来,例如:HR问,“能讲一件你过去遇到过很有挑战的事情吗?”诸如此类的问题,这个时候,你就可以把之前想展现的能力娓娓道来。下面我们就来聊一下“自我介绍”的具体内容,主要分为3大部分:个人背景 首先要感谢面试官给你的这次面试机会,然后开始介绍自己,及当前的状态。例如,我叫XX,毕业于XX大学,学的XX专业,研究方向XX。2. 有亮点的经历找到自己有亮点的经历这是非常重要的,无论是实习经验,兼职工作,参加过的校园活动或论文方向都可以作为亮点。如果实在没有,就尝试挖掘出自己的亮点来与职位相匹配。例如,需要团队合作的职位,会挑选善于沟通,不单调枯燥,愿意在团队工作的人。如果是创新公司,会挑选思维活跃,具有创新精神的候选者。你要通过自己有亮点的经历,能力及特点向面试官表达,你符合这个职位的要求,并且能胜任。3. 表达对公司的向往面试前做好充分准备,了解企业文化,表达出认可并能适应其中。在自我介绍中要表现出自己的诚意,不要给人死记硬背的感觉。单一的重复简历是件很无聊的事情。关于企业文化,这里仅以1家德国知名企业为例给大家介绍一下:Mercedes-Benz (梅赛德斯-奔驰)德国汽车奔驰想必大家都不会陌生,宗旨: “Das Beste oder nichts/要么做最好的,要么什么都不做”是奔驰汽车的宗旨。这样的企业必然要求员工做事要认真严谨,把每件事情做到极致。大型跨国企业,各项规章制度也都是非常完善的。II. 由于我的背景,我对于公司文化和文化契合性非常看重。以下不提另外两家只说BCG:BCG也被笑称为Brainy Consulting Group, 偏向于冷静分析(brainy or nerd is the common say), 历史上有名的founding partners/senior partners很多是Ph.D学术/智囊背景(后来也主要招MBA),最初和目前最有名的框架(framework)是Henderson创立的BCG Matrix (commonly known as 2 by 2 matrix, or the matrix with the dog and the star).德国团队是第二个BCG美国国外建立的办公室,包括较为核心前沿Brainy的白皮书发表组;对我个人而言,我不是很aggressive, 也不喜欢非常PE DD centric,而BCG有点书呆子气,学术气,偏内向理性,冷静处事,是我选择BCG的原因。另外两家也很不错,M家的名气大,校友多,但是非常alpha; 红色B家整体氛围不错,但是有的office太偏向于PE DD/turnaround. III. 我还有一些小小的Tips: 收集信息,分析职位要求,了解公司历史,文化及背景。咨询主要是consultant (associate/C).练习自我陈述。 可以对着镜子多练习练习,或者跟你身边的人一起进行模拟练习。注意自己的肢体语言,姿势不宜过多,动作幅度不要太大,控制音量,清晰的语言,并保持舒适的速度。因为咨询师(Consultant及以上)都会很快参与到和客户的直接一对一沟通,沟通技巧/成熟职业是必须的。表现出积极,自信也是面试中不可缺少的。尤其是咨询面试中有很大几率出现stress test,模拟问题客户/问题项目的处理能力。得体的面试着装!机会永远是留给有准备的人!把握住机会,才能有获得成功的希望。同时,也要以一颗平常心对待,这次如果不行,不要放弃, 再继续努力,坚持不懈,一定会有收获的。谢谢,初答有失充分,有时间会再补充。欢迎评论交流。编辑于 2020-01-11 16:48赞同 716 条评论分享收藏喜欢收起水阁遣心我说的都不对 关注背景和楼主相似,在国外留学,社会学专业,所以完全能理解楼主心中的苦闷。大三开始就朦胧地意识到咨询好像不错,但是那时候真的太朦胧了,眼睁睁地就那么朦胧和迷茫过去了,随便投了几家公司,然后没什么音讯,然后。。。就又读研了,那时候不坚定的因素太多了,事后反思,觉得自己最大的问题就是当时太不坚定了,俗话虽然很俗但是很有道理,你不认准一个目标坚定地朝前走,你就是再聪明有再多的精力最后都是一盘散沙,更不要说其实我们都是普通人。现在读研了,终于坚定了要做咨询,从大三到现在,自己摸爬滚打琢磨出了一些方法,可操作性很强,整个框架严格遵照MECE原则,尤其适用于我们在国外留学的这些人。--------------------------------------------------------------------------华丽丽的分界线,上干货1. 想了一下,根据楼下的回答,补充了这点。所谓知己知彼百战百胜,所谓爱一个人不能光爱她的外表,要爱她的全部。所以,这个完全适用于找工作和选择进入一个行业,其实希望楼主能先去了解一下这个行业和几大major players,这也是咨询case中要进入一个领域要了解的东西。方法论:关于如何了解一个行业,请楼主点这里行业分析 - 搜索结果。也有一个麦肯锡作行业研究的模板,麦肯锡行业分析模板我们正好拿来研究它,顺便了解一下他们的思路。或者也可以用case book里教的方法来研究行业,这样既能系统规律地理解行业,也能锻炼解case的能力。所以如果也有在求职阶段对咨询感兴趣的小伙伴,欢迎给我发邮件team work一下深入了解consulting这个行业。我的邮箱:jana.aaron@gmail.com初步了解。如何初步了解在方法论的帖子里已经给的很详细了。这里我就再提供一些资源。youtube有一些很不错的video解释什么是consulting以及一些各大公司的实战案列,是一个good starting point。其中有个firmconsulting挺不错,https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=firmsconsulting。Consulting Industry Life Cycle。 again,如何研究是方法论的问题,这里提供一些我找到的不错的材料。consulting-market-research一个market research 公司写得一个详细的关于咨询行业的分析报告,很不错。还有经济学人上的一篇文章也不错,To the brainy, the spoils2 找实习:看楼主的情况,应该是没有很多相关实习背景的,那连简历关都过不了,谈什么case interview。我的第一个建议是,开始疯狂找实习。大概这里疑问又产生了,应该找什么样的实习?如何在国外找? 在没有什么牛逼背景的情况下,要在国外以我们international student的情况瞬间找个超大公司的实习也不现实,尤其是大型的咨询公司。我建议楼主先从一些相对小一些的但又和咨询所做的事相关的开始。我知道楼主的问题又来了,因为我每次被这样告知的时候也是这个反应,哪些实习是小的又相关的又有质量的?因为这个问题我迷茫了很久,一度觉得很绝望,即使上到招聘网站,也不知道该输入什么关键字,一旦输入consulting,出来的都是 要求full time的,要不就是一些乱七八糟的公司。然后(这也是我最近突然开窍的),我上到学校的alumni directory上,就输入各个consulting firm的名字,就找出已经在那些大的咨询公司工作的人,然后到linkedin上,输入他们的名字,看他们的整个简历。因为一般如果是校友,那么他找的实习肯定都是当地的,而且情况多多少少都有相似的,所以可借鉴性很高,假设你偏重于找marketing consulting 方面的实习,你就可以从这些人的简历中,看哪个人最后是从事了这方面的咨询工作,然后看他之前在那些小公司做过类似的实习,一般这种实习只要你具备一些基本能力,都不难申。而且你可以到linkedin上找到这个公司的公司主页,在linkedin的侧面就会自动为你推荐很多类似规模和同一industry的公司,你可以在上面观察它的员工人数和revenue, 并且看在那里做过的人对它评价,就可以从中帅选出一个适合自己的公司list。想当初我因为不知道如何找合适的公司,稀里糊涂走了多少弯路啊。在具体找的时候,可以去这些公司的网站,也可以去学校的career center的网站上找(能通过学校的网站投就一定要通过学校的投,因为它既然在你学校网站上登,那么它就是想找你们学校的,你的简历被一个人看到的可能性就更大,如果拟通过别的系统投,很有可能人家的系统就直接通过关键字查询把你pass掉了,又或者人家根本就不认真看),最后学校career center的网站上没有你要找的合适实习,就在一些找工作的网站上投,我不知道英国用什么比较多,在美国,Glassdoor, Vault, Monster上都可以试一试。当然关于resume和cover letter,请看我后面的详细讲解。如何在国内找?通常我们留学生比较尴尬的一问题就是两边都要顾,既想在国外碰碰运气,又不想错失很多国内的机会,尤其是寒暑假回国。一 我的建议是在快回国时,猛刷应届生。如果是要找最终的工作,那一般提前一年左右就要开始刷,如果先找个实习,那快回去前一个月左右开始刷就够了。应届生上各种大小公司临时招实习生的情况很多,但最好提前咨询一下以前的同学,找到一些相关的有质量的实习。二 还有一个办法就是大量参加各种社会活动,认识志同道合的朋友,直接让他们给你推荐一些有质量的实习,我就通过朋友介绍做了一些很有质量但不是big name的实习。again,有质量的实习不一定就是大公司的,in fact,很多大公司的实习反而很水,进去之后都是coffee boy,给人端茶送水领快递,当然很多大公司的实习都是很锻炼人的,我只是想说实习阶段找大公司不是本质,找到有质量的才是真谛,不要盲目崇拜大公司(当然最后找工作我们还是希望大公司,因为各种高大上啊,此处省略一万字)3. 练面试:在有了一些基础实习的情况下,楼主可以感受一下这是不是自己想做的工作,如果确定想继续朝这个方向走,那就要上手开始准备面试了。咨询公司的面试分两大类,behavioral interview和case interview。 关于behavioral interview如何准备,神贴太多了,请楼主自行在各大论坛网站等扒贴。只想重点说一个问题,也是自己的感悟吧,也是大家都经常强调的就是一定要真诚,我以前也不明白,第一觉得那些关于你哪里好为什么适合这个岗位的问题,每个人肯定都是挑那些人家想听的说啊,什么认真负责爱分析啦,真不真诚能有什么区别呀,第二要真那么真诚,问我有什么缺点我吧啦吧啦说一堆人家还能要我吗。然后我最近看了很多别人的关于面试帖子,有一点小小的感悟。就从第一点来说,咨询的岗位招聘一般写的要求都是那么些,什么leadership, organized, extrodinary analysis skills, team work skills,那么七八条。你一定要有侧重点的说,人家雇佣你不是因为你把这十几条都做得完美,而是因为你大部分都还可以,但有几条特别impressive,这几条就是你要重点说的,真诚的说的,配故事重点阐述的,而且这几条也一定是人和人不太一样的。楼主可以找一个夜深人静的夜晚,好好地坐下来想一想,自己到底是在这十几条里,哪几条是非常明显地,由衷的,甚至身边朋友都夸的,真的做得很不错的,想到了这些,我相信要找几个真正体现这几点的故事就是顺便的事了,我想这种情况下,找出来的故事那么必然是真诚而有说服力的。其实这个可以类比到写文章上,你的文章写得真不真诚,其实别人读一遍就能感觉到了(如果真的一个特别符合的特点都没有那么楼主真的要考虑一下自己到底适不适合做这个工作了)。找到了真诚的故事,就是语言了。我知道楼主说自己在国外呆着,英语木问题,但还是要补充一句,毕竟我们不是native speaker,即使是,大部分的native speaker也还是会反复练习他们要进行的面试的,尤其是咨询公司。我在consulting club里认识的很过美国人都会自己在家走来走去重复不知道多少遍他们的故事,所以面试的所需要的故事一定还是要反复练习的,尽量做到说的自然(不像背的),然后发音不别扭,然后语句native,尽量提前把故事写好然后找native speaker帮忙看看,确保没有大的漏洞。 It doesn't hurt to have someone else look at your script. 还有一点,之前总听人说要做company research,说什么去公司网站看看就行了,但是那么多信息,根本不知道如何下手,后来微信推送上看到一个帖子,很系统地讲如何做company research,然后就一种瞬间懂了的感觉,面试前如何做Company Research(商科毕业生)_Mycareer求职驿站, 当然估计应该还有更多不错的帖子,楼主可以自行去扒。看哪些书? 关于case interview,经典的《case in point》,Case In Point 7th 2011.pdf 就从这本书开始,再加上youtube 上的case interview视频,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBwUxnTpTBo by Victor Chen, 在麦肯锡工作的人讲如何准备case interview。 好好地啃下来,书不在多,攻下一两本来,基本的framework有了。一般下载书就在新浪的微盘上,基本什么书都能找到,说是要积分,其实只要你有个新浪微博账号,实际下载从来不扣积分。我以前上课的什么《逃避自由》等心理学的书在上面也都有。如果有更多的需求,比如说想要看一些了解咨询业的书,推荐楼主看这几个贴想从事咨询行业,有哪些书可以增加对咨询行业的认识理解?如果想看一些美国人对于咨询的建议,可以到Quora (美国版的知乎)Quora - Your Best Source for Knowledge找找类似的帖子。然后就找身边想要做咨询的小伙伴一起练习,怎么找呢?只要楼主的学校不是小的野鸡大学,肯定有很多consulting club。到学校的career center,或者直接输入consulting organization + your school name,一般就能找到你所在学校的关于咨询的学生组织,疯狂加入,疯狂和那里面的人吸取经验,然后疯狂和他们一起练习。看完那些书的时候,你会以为自己什么都懂了,可是到练的时候你又发现自己大脑一片空白,所以练习很重要(当然不排除你天生就对商业问题很通透,思路又快又全面,那就不用练了,除了这样的情况,大量练习是必须的了)4. 改简历:然后就是最基础的了,做好了上面的一切,你还是有可能连一个面试的机会都得不到。为什么呢?你的简历,其次就是cover letter (当然这个有的公司要有的公司不要)。简历的格式:简历的格式和内容都同等重要。很多人对做简历有巨大的误区,觉得只要不是要去申请fashion design,不用太华丽,简单大方一些就行,然后,简单大方就被大部分人一厢情愿地等同成了随便做做。大错特错啊!!!以前其实我也不懂,直到我有一次参加了一个活动,然后认识了一个哈佛法学院的人,然后我求助于他,然后他很慷慨的愿意帮我改简历,然后就把简历发给他了,然后奇迹出现了---等他把改好的简历发回来给我,我简直不敢相信这是我那个破破烂烂的简历,先不说内容的遣词造句,就单说简历本身,字体字型排版布局和对齐,第一眼那个高大上的感觉,我从此懂得了什么叫简单大方又漂亮的简历(后来我的美国助教和很多美国同学都问我要简历当做模板)。好了,说了这么多,就是想说简单大方也可以很attractive,所以一定要在做简历上下功夫,其实你有再好的背景,如果简历看起来乱糟糟的,也只会让人觉得你很不用心。后来在做我的中文简历上,因为没有遇到大神,我只能自己研究了,我自己后来在网上下过很多模板,但是不得不说,这些模板都太基本,要真正做出好的漂亮的简历完全不够。借鉴网上模板框架+网上简短视频教程,根据自己的经历特点,才能真正做出适合自己的来。当然如果知道身边有现成的同学又足够慷慨愿意把自己倾尽心血做出来的简历贡献给你那最好不过了。简历的内容:态度上,你一定要take it seriously, 因为做的同样的工作不同的措辞可以让你make a big difference。 有了一个严谨的态度之后,从网上的帖子和工作描述找出哪些是你需要包含的要素,先尽可能罗列出自己所有relevant的经历,从上过的课和课上做的projects到各种学生活动和实习,包括兴趣爱好。然后根据你已有的大格式框架开始筛选最相关的信息。筛选好后,再着重关注于描述语言,根据具体岗位调节自己的关键字。关于关键字检索这个问题我就不赘述了,网上大家都说太多了。然后我自己目前看到的比较有指导性的一个意见,你在描述自己以前做的工作的时候,一定要result orentied,被称为是APR,action+project+result, 就是比如说你以前做了个什么什么方面的marketing research, 那你不要简单罗列,一定要写清楚用了什么工具,做了几份,最后实质性地帮公司解决了什么问题 (这里又要绕回找实习的部分了,如果你做的大部分实习都是端茶送水,即使你吹出来很多东西,面试的时候也无法自圆其说,所以有质量的实习很重要)。princeton 的网站上有比较清晰的指导性意见和比较具体的简历词汇,你可以参考一下Writing Accomplishment Statements。总结一下整个流程:罗列所有相关经历=》筛选最相关的(使其适合于一页纸)=》调整关键字+用APR法描述经历。具体到哪些对consulting是相关经历的,quora上有个帖子我觉得说的很到位,你可以参考一下,What do top tier consulting firms look in a resume to give a call for an interview?关于cover letter,感觉如果申请国内的工作,好多公司也是不要cover letter,但是有备无患,至少BCG就是要的。cover letter说实话真的很难把握,我的建议是,如果经济不是太紧张的话,还是花点钱找个专业人士帮你改一下吧,我知道的很多申请咨询的美国人都是这么干的,一般就是100到400美金左右吧,看你找的人了,应该也会顺便帮你改简历,Management Consulting, Resumes & Case Interviews上就有这种服务, 这些人都是以前在麦肯锡什么的工作过的人,就是收费略高啊。还有各大学校,哈佛斯坦福商学院等等的career center的人也都行,一般都是我之前说的价位,如果能有同学推荐的不错的,那当然最好了,没有的话去这些career center的网站上,知道到他们的名字,到linkedin上,找一些看着简历不错并且面善的人,发邮件问他们做不做这种生意,怎么收费(“做不做这种生意”,原谅我这恶心的措辞)5. Networking: 以上都是基本的三大项,哪项都不能缺,至于这最后一点,对于在国外留学的人,真的是很tricky的一个问题。在国外networking是一个很神奇的问题,排除语言的硬伤,尤其是找咨询方面的工作,你和那些外国人meet了,聊了,但就是和你在国内遇到一些人meet了,聊了,感觉不一样,当然国内也不是每个人都愿意帮忙,但很多在国外和外国人握过手的人,人家也在握完手之后迅速把你忘了,and说实话,你也在握完手之后迅速把人家忘了(我经常是握完手之后对方的名字和脸都忘了,好吧,我承认记名字这方面我真的很差)。所以我们总感觉很受挫,久而久之就更不想去了,当然对于那些本身就讨厌networking的人,就又是另一回事了。其实我觉得在这种时候,纠正我们自己想法里的一些问题很重要,必须要有个良好的心态,也必须准备。networking的目的:很多人在跑去各种infor session或者各种networking event的时候,完全没有准备,根本不知道要说什么,心里就是想着,神啊,让我今天握手的这个人他恰巧就是麦肯锡,BCG,Bain的招聘人员,然后他一眼就看到了我掩饰在不怎么样的外表下超凡的能力(其实我自己也不知道自己有什么能力),然后立马说就要你了。我想说,这真的是做梦,不排除天上会掉馅饼,但我在这里讨论的,至少从现在很popular的概率学角度,大多数时候,这都是不可能的。所以我们在去这些event之前,要很清晰的知道,我们为什么去?我个人总结了一下,很有可行性的,有这么几点:第一,为了获取一些有用的信息,比如说,你今天握手的这个人最近刚刚找哈佛商学院的某个很有经验的人改了简历,然后他的简历已经让他获得了各大咨询的面试的机会,那么你就可以问他要这个商学院的人的联系方式,这个你自己在网站上随便找个人帮你改简历要靠谱多了。我想说一点,networking一定要脸皮厚,千万不要怕被拒绝,而且这种事就是一半一半的概率,毕竟不是什么要求对方立马给你个实习或者工作,所以还是很有可行性的,一般大部分人,至少我问到的人,都愿意给我这些联系方式。第二,为了得到一些专业的帮忙,这个就有一点从长远角度讲的意思了,就是以后你工作了上了班,然后一上手就要做PPT,然后你恰巧之前的Event上认识了一个这方面的高手,当时你只是觉得这个人有意思,也没深聊,就是互相留了微信,然后现在你意识到他的作用了,发个微信,聊一聊关于PPT的那些事,当然网上也有各种帖子教你各种事怎么做,但是认识一个眼前就能告诉你怎么做的人感觉还是不一样的,而且有时候有很多东西网上也告诉不了你。第三这个大概就有点像大家都在说的,有点虚,像找对象一样,为了有可能恰巧遇到一个看你顺眼的人,或者是确实通过聊天觉得你不错,或者是这个人就是人好,只要找他帮忙都会帮(好吧不得不承认我就是这样的人),然后愿意refer你去他们的公司实习,这个超级重要,至少能很大程度帮你过了简历关。但是大部分时候不能对这个抱太大希望,毕竟这还是小概率事件。 networking前的准备:机会只给有准备的人,很俗的话,但是就是真理。我真的不知道如果你大脑空空,什么问题,什么内容都没准备,你去networking时候要做什么。我觉得一般重点准备两点,根据event的性质情况不同再做调整。第一,其实几乎也大概是你behavioral interview会准备的东西了,就是一个充满自信的自我介绍,在适当的时候抛给适当的人,不要太长,但一定要至少让这个即将见你的人觉得你很牛,但一定要挑时候,如果对方很想讲,完全没有机会,千万不要硬插进去。第二,也是很重要,你想要问的问题。尤其是当你遇到一个已经在这些大咨询公司工作的人(在国外的networking event上,遇到这些人的几率实在是太高了),问他们是如何走上这条路的,之前是什么背景(其实你会发现很多也是学social science的),what is your typical day, could you give me some projects that you have been working on?等等之类的问题,准备一个长长的list,把你的困惑都抛给他们。有一个很详细具体的讲networking的帖子,更多的细节,推荐楼主去看看这个帖子,这边文章中关于如何问问题如何follow-up都提到了,亲身尝试了,非常有效果。那些在美找工作的细枝末节networking的渠道:准备的再好,不知道跟谁去networking,不知道去哪networking也是白搭。国外有一个问题就是机会太多了,反而是乱花渐欲迷人眼。个人的体会,千万不要盲目地什么都去,毕竟我们还有学业,还有case interview的一大堆书要读,哪有那么多时间每个都去,一定要挑最相关的。第一,各种consulting firm infor session,提前早到一点,跟他们聊你已经准备好的东西。第二,我个人觉得可能也更有效的办法,到你们学校的alumni directory,输入麦肯锡 BCG Bain等,找出在这些公司工作的人,然后给他们发邮件,问他们愿不愿意出来grab a cup of coffee and share some insights with you。 这个听起来有点遥远,但其实可操作性很强,至少我是做了,发了十几封,也不费时间,然后就有2个人回复我了,然后跟他们单独meeting,就能有一个更加private time获取你想要的信息和给他们留个好印象了。以前我不明白,人人都找他们,为什么我就一定能给人留个好印象,后来我发现,其实真正去找他们的人很少,所以你一旦这样做了,然后还准备了一大串问题,至少能让人家觉得你很driven,知道自己想要什么并且积极地努力了,这个印象就足够了。基本上有这两点就足够了,去的太多就是浪费时间,因为国外的各种event实在太多了,每个都去那一天就什么都不要做了。PS:整个过程提到很多次让楼主自行搜索的问题,想强调一下,一定要去专门的相应的地方找需要的东西,单纯用百度和谷歌会出来很多无价值的干扰项,严重影响我们搜索的速度和质量,还有最重要的和搜索的心情,很容易就被大量点开之后却很垃圾的信息搞崩溃了。举个例子,就简历问题,在quora上找帖子看什么是相关的经历,然后去各大business school career service的网站上找具体编写简历内容的指导。直接在Google上找,很容易被各种乱七八糟没用的杂志上人们随便写的一些东西干扰了思路。----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------华丽丽的总结找工作的整个过程,其实就好像是慢慢地解一个自己的case,必须非常条理清晰,心中要有一个完整的框架,而且符合MECE(不得不说,当初看到MECE的时候真心觉得这就是我一直以来做事的风格啊,然后热血沸腾地觉得这就是我要的career),从框架中的每一点制定相应的行动计划才能在行动的时候,不盲目不乱有条不紊,做到心中有数,至少我个人是这样的风格的,我行事之前一定要有框架,不然我会觉得对全局没有掌控,然后就觉得所有的行动都变成了瞎扑腾。希望对楼主有帮助。待补充:表格框架编辑于 2014-11-04 13:22赞同 261193 条评论分享收藏喜欢
